Crop PDF Pages

Trim unwanted margins from every page. Set how much to cut from each edge and check the live preview before saving.

Add a PDF to crop

or drag and drop a file here

Accepts a single PDF. The same crop is applied to all pages. Cropping hides the trimmed area — the underlying content remains inside the file.

How to crop a PDF

  1. Add your PDF — the first page appears as a preview.
  2. Move the Top, Bottom, Left and Right sliders. The highlighted area is what will be kept.
  3. Click Crop PDF.
  4. Download the cropped document.

Supported files and limitations

  • One crop for all pages — pages with different sizes are trimmed by the same percentage of each page.
  • Important: cropping changes what is displayed, but the hidden content is still stored in the PDF and can be recovered. Do not use cropping to hide sensitive information.
  • Each edge can be trimmed by up to 45%.

Common problems

  • “The crop area is too small” — the combined margins leave almost nothing; reduce the sliders.
  • Some viewers show the old size — a few PDF apps ignore crop boxes; most modern viewers respect them.

What happens to your files?

This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your file is opened in your device's memory, processed there, and the result is saved back to your device. The document is never uploaded to a server. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and process a file — no request contains your document. Closing the tab discards everything. See how local processing works.
